Vegetarian benefits
Despite health warnings (and films like Super Size Me)
many people still regularly eat at fast foods establishments, which
has lead to an obesity epidemic in America. Since most fast food is
mainly animal-centric, those looking to improve their health have sought
the vegetarian benefits of removing meat from their diet.
Some of the vegetarian benefits include less:
• Heart disease
• Ovarian, and breast cancers
• Hypertension
• Diabetes
• Obesity
A meatless diet is low in fat and high in fiber. However, it’s
naïve to think that ridding meat from a diet will have an immediate
impact; if the individual replaces meats with salty/sweet snacks, then
they will receive none of the vegetarian benefits.
