Vegetarian weight loss
There are many reasons that people opt to remove animals
from their diet. Some feel anger toward the treatment of animals in
slaughterhouses while others do it strictly for health reasons. It’s
been proven that vegetarian weight loss is healthy if done correctly.
Vegetarians, on average, eat about 500 calories less per day than a
normal meat eater. Considering that it takes about 3,500 cut calories
to equal one less pound, it’s possible to lose one pound per week
when practicing vegetarian weight loss.
Vegetarian weight loss can only be caused by eating complex carbohydrates.
Many people think they can eliminate meat and immediately begin losing
weight, even if they replace meat with junk food. Cookies, chips and
candy may not contain meat, but they will lead to dramatic weight-gain.
